1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Sapioverse service (hereinafter, "the Service"), owned by Alejandro Campos Lamas (sole trader / self-employed), with Tax ID (NIF) 32839901H and registered address at Calle Mahonia 3, 28043 Madrid (Spain). Access to the Service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of the Service
Sapioverse is an AI Data Intelligence platform that lets non-technical users query their databases in natural language. The Service translates the user's question into a SQL query, runs it strictly read-only against the client's database, and returns a business insight together with an interactive visualization.
3. Registration and access
Access to the Service requires creating an account and providing connection credentials for the client's database. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data supplied and for safeguarding their access credentials.
4. Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Use the Service in accordance with the law and these terms.
- Not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
- Not attempt to access unauthorized data or systems, or circumvent security measures.
- Not use the Service in any way that could damage, overload or impair it.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Service, its software, brand, design and content belong to Alejandro Campos Lamas or its licensors. The user retains ownership of their data. Use of the Service does not imply the assignment of any right over the platform beyond the licence of use necessary for its operation.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and subject to availability. We do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or the absolute accuracy of the answers generated by artificial intelligence, which may contain errors. The user is responsible for verifying the results before making decisions based on them. To the extent permitted by law, Alejandro Campos Lamas shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or decisions made on the basis of the information provided by the Service.
7. Pricing, payment and renewal
The prices for the Service are those published on the pricing page or those set out in the commercial offer provided to the client. They are stated in euros and do not include VAT: the applicable tax is calculated and added at the time of payment, in accordance with the applicable regulations and the tax details provided by the client.
The subscription is contracted per user, in monthly or annual periods, and is paid in advance at the start of each period.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for another of the same length, unless the client cancels it before it ends. Payment is taken using the registered payment method.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We neither store nor have access to full card details.
If a payment cannot be completed, it will be retried and the client will be notified. Access to paid features may be suspended while the payment remains outstanding.
Any price change will be communicated in advance and will apply from the following renewal, never to a period already paid for.
8. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel the subscription at any time from their organisation's management panel. There is no minimum term and no penalty for cancelling.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the Service remains active until that date and is not renewed.
Periods already started are not refunded, in whole or in part, regardless of the use made of the Service or the number of licences used. Any amount charged in error attributable to us will be corrected and refunded.
The free plan involves no charge and therefore gives rise to no right to a refund.
The Service is offered exclusively to companies, sole traders and professionals acting in the course of their business, so the right of withdrawal established for consumers does not apply.
Following cancellation, data will be deleted under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
Alejandro Campos Lamas reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after publication implies acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the controller's registered domicile, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
