1. What it is
Early access is a free, limited program to try Sapioverse —in a test environment with example data, not your real data— before its general launch. It is a preliminary, evolving version of the product, which may contain errors or change without notice.
2. The trial environment
We give you access to a demo environment from your sector with example data (not real data from any company) and read-only. Sapioverse does not access your systems or your data during early access, unless we separately agree to connect your own database.
3. Duration
Access is temporary (roughly one month), extendable or revocable by us at any time. When it ends, we may deactivate your access and delete the trial account.
4. Acceptable use
Credentials are personal: do not share them. The trial environment is for evaluating the product, not for production use or for making critical business decisions. Do not attempt to access data or environments other than the one assigned to you.
5. No warranties
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or accuracy of the answers generated by artificial intelligence, which may contain errors. Always verify the results before basing any decision on them.
6. Feedback and contact
By joining the program you agree that we may contact you in relation to your access, including a follow-up call to gather your feedback. Your feedback may be used to improve the product. Broader commercial communications are optional and separate (optional checkbox in the form).
7. Confidentiality
The product is under development. We ask for your discretion regarding features, screenshots or non-public details you may access during the program.
8. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights as indicated there.
